  1. Open the Loyalty registration page, tap "Register", choose your distance and fill in the runner details.
  2. At the payment step, enter your Registration Code in the "Coupon" field and apply the discount.
  3. Review the order and pay by credit card or QR code.

Indoor Stadium Huamark

The plaza / multipurpose area in front of the Indoor Stadium, inside the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) Huamark complex, Bang Kapi, Bangkok. Race pack collection, start and finish are all at the same venue.

  • On race day the venue and bag drop open at 02:00 — most public transport is not yet running, so please plan your journey in advance.
  • On Expo Day the Airport Rail Link (Hua Mak station) is convenient.
  • Parking and shuttle information will be announced on the organiser's page.

Rules & Regulations

Rules

By registering, runners accept the rules of the Athletic Association of Thailand (AAT) and of the organiser. The decision of the race committee is final.

Event rules
  1. The organiser is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
  2. The organiser plans all operations with the safety of every participant in mind.
  3. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your start. Start areas close 15 minutes before the start of each distance.
  4. Follow the instructions of the organiser and officials; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  5. Runners are responsible for checking all announcements from the organiser before and during the event.
  6. Photos, videos, audio, articles and results are the copyright of the organiser and may be published in newspapers, online, on TV, in magazines and other media. You may use photos, videos and audio of yourself without permission, but commercial use of event photos and videos is not allowed.
  7. The organiser respects the privacy and security of participants' personal data.
  8. The organiser may cancel the event for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, epidemics or civil unrest.
Award collection rules
  1. All award winners must report to the winners' desk within 30 minutes of the official results. Otherwise the award is forfeited and places are not reassigned, unless a protest is upheld.
  2. Winners must verify their identity with an original or a copy of an official photo ID, such as an ID card, driving licence or passport.
  3. A 5% withholding tax is deducted from prize money.
  4. Overall awards are open to runners of any nationality.
  5. Elite (Overall Championship) runners are eligible for Overall awards only, not age-group awards.
  6. Winners must complete a "Prize Acknowledgment Form".
  7. The bib must be worn on the front and clearly visible, and all checkpoints must be passed.
  8. The organiser reserves the right to withhold awards in any case of cheating.
  9. Each runner receives one award only — the highest they qualify for. There are no duplicate awards and no reassignment of trophy places.
Race rules
  1. The organiser puts participants' safety first. All instructions and warnings must be strictly followed. Participants accept all risks of training and racing; the organiser is not responsible for injury or death from training or taking part. A medical check-up before registering or before race day is recommended.
  2. Participants must withdraw immediately if instructed by the medical team, the race director, officials and/or relevant staff.
  3. 21.1 KM and 10 KM: minimum age 16 (born 2011 or earlier). Bring an ID card or passport showing your date of birth and photo when reporting to collect an award.
  4. There are two award categories: 21.1 KM and 10 KM.
  5. Overall awards are decided by gun time: Men's Overall, Women's Overall, Thai Men's Overall and Thai Women's Overall.
  6. Age-group awards are decided by net time (chip time).
  7. Age = year of the race minus year of birth (both in A.D.). Age groups for 21.1 KM and 10 KM: 16–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+.
  8. Overall Championship (Elite) registrants may not compete in the age-group categories.
  9. Overall and Overall Thai winners are not eligible for age-group awards.
  10. Overall Thai is a special bonus award to encourage Thai runners; its winners remain eligible for Overall awards.
  11. All checkpoints must be passed. 21.1 KM and 10 KM are timed with timing chips, and runners can get their time after finishing.
  12. Runners who do not pass a cut-off point in time are removed from the race immediately (DNF) and are not eligible for awards.
  13. Wear your bib on the front of your chest, clearly visible. The organiser may withhold awards if the bib cannot be seen or is for the wrong age group.
  14. Only one bib may be worn. Running on behalf of someone else, or collecting more than one medal or trophy, is not allowed.
  15. Protests must be lodged in writing at race headquarters within 30 minutes of the official results, with a 1,000 THB deposit.
  16. Awards are given only to correctly registered winners, on Sunday 17 January 2027 before 12:00.
  17. The organiser may use photos, videos and other media recorded at the event for publicity and advertising.
  18. Registration fees are non-refundable in all cases, including if the race is cancelled.
  19. The organiser may limit numbers or refuse any registration.
  20. The organiser is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete information given at registration.
  21. Registrations cannot be transferred to another person.
  22. Medals are given to runners who finish within the cut-off, on race day only; they cannot be collected later.
  23. Racing on another person's bib is cheating. Both the giver and the receiver will be banned from races operated by Race Up Work Co., Ltd. for 3 years and reported to the Athletic Association of Thailand.

Bib transfers are not allowed under any circumstances.

Who counts as a Loyalty runner, and how do I get a code?

Runners who took part in POCARI SWEAT RUN in 2024 – 2026. Verify with your 13-digit Thai national ID number between 10 and 14 Oct 2026 to receive a Registration Code, then enter it in the "Coupon" field when registering in the Loyalty round (opens 15 Oct 2026, 10:00). — See the steps

If your record is not found, contact the Inbox of the Pocari Sweat Thailand Facebook page by 14 Oct 2026, 23:59. The Loyalty round is limited to 3,450 slots.

What is the difference between the Loyalty and Regular rounds?

The Loyalty round opens first, on 15 Oct 2026 at 10:00, and requires a Registration Code. The Regular round opens on 18 Oct 2026 at 10:00. Fees and race packs are identical, and both close on 30 Nov 2026 or when full. ELITE 21.1 KM is available in the Regular round only.

Do the fees include charges?

What is the Special Pack?

The full standard race pack plus one extra POCARI SWEAT PACE CORE KNIT shirt — choose the Muscle Tank (sleeveless) or the T-Shirt. 21.1 KM 3,090 THB · 10 KM 2,790 THB · 5 KM 2,690 THB. Limited quantity.

Can I change distance, get a refund or transfer my place?

Fees are non-refundable in all cases, and registrations and bibs cannot be transferred. If someone races on another person's bib, both the giver and the receiver are penalised.

When do I collect my race pack? Is there postal delivery?

At the Expo on Saturday 16 Jan 2027, 10:00–18:00, at the Plaza, Indoor Stadium Huamark. There is no postal delivery and no collection on race day.

Can someone collect my race pack for me?

Yes. They need a copy of your ID card plus their own original ID card.

Is there a minimum age?

21.1 KM and 10 KM: 16 and over (born 2011 or earlier) · 5 KM: 5 and over.

Are there awards for 5 KM?

No — 5 KM is a non-competitive fun run without ranking awards. Runners who finish within 1 hr 30 min receive a medal.

Is there a bag drop?

Yes, from 02:00 on race day (choose bag drop or no bag drop when you register).

What if I register as Elite but don't meet the standard?

You will be moved to Block A automatically. The standard is a 21.1 km result on a certified course within the last 12 months: men sub 1:20, women sub 1:40.
